A fantastic opportunity exists for an Assistant Project Manager to join a high‑performing Canberra team working across a diverse portfolio of fit‑outs, refurbishments, precinct developments and capital works. This role offers structured development, strong mentorship, and exposure to significant projects within the built environment.

About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Senior PMs and Project Directors who will provide guidance, oversight and support. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, including:

- Design management
- Contract administration
- Site supervision
- Claims management
- Project controls
- Procurement
- Quality assurance
- Stakeholder engagement

You’ll work across a variety of sectors.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an early‑career consultant who brings:

- 1–4 years’ experience in construction, design,



engineering or the built environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar
- Strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills
- Ability to obtain baseline security clearance (Australian citizenship required)
- A proactive mindset and interest in progressing to Project Manager level
