About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Stores & Service AdministratorReporting: Review the weekly sales backlog and present repairs depot progress to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Coordination & Scheduling: Triage customer requirements to schedule daily tasks for workshop technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records within an ERP or stock management system.
- Demonstrated attention to detail when processing documentation, invoices, and stock records.
- Stores & Inventory Support: Step into the distribution and stores role to manage inward/outward goods and customer equipment dispatch.
- Customer Liaison & Reception: Assist the service coordinator to address service enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes, updates, and excellent service.
- Sales processing: Process daily customer orders,



pick stock to fill orders and dispatch to our customers.
- Compliance & Inductions: Assist the service coordinator to track site-specific customer inductions for the technical team to ensure they remain current.
- Reporting: Review the weekly sales backlog and present repairs deport progress to management.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: A background in service business administration, general office administration, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to stores, dispatch, or inventory control processes is highly regarded.
- Tech-Savvy: Fluent computer skills and experience navigating ERP or inventory databases.
- Organisational Wizards: A self-starter who is process-driven, loves targets, and can manage deadlines without being micro-managed.
- Communication Champions: Professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Strong english literacy, qualifications in business, accounting, logistics, or administration will be highly regarded however not essential.
