The Position
- Manage transport and 3PL warehouse functions
- Enhance customer relations with key accounts
- Implement and ensure adherance to operational SOP’s
- Coordinating and planning daily schedules
- Staff hiring, induction and cross-training
- Record keeping and inventory control
- Warehouse activity reports including stock on hand, movements, stock cycle counts
- KPI reporting
- Schedule and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Review and manage vendor performance
- Support new customer business development with sales team
The Requirements
- Proven knowledge of CargoWise One
- Current experience in a similar role
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise
- Process orientated with a robust attention to detail
- Sound problem solving skills
