Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience managing projects in a landscape, construction, or related trades environment
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic software (scheduling, budgeting, documentation)
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

- Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management credential
- Background in landscape design,



horticulture, or construction project delivery
