The Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with communications experience to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys a mix of installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Interpret drawings and specifications to execute installations, testing, and commissioning to AS/NZS 3000 standards.
- Maintenance & Service: Plan and execute service calls, fault finding, and minor works while participating in client handovers.
- Safety Leadership: Promote a "safety first" culture by reporting hazards, participating in risk assessments (JHAs/SWMS), and modeling safe work practices.
- Documentation: Complete certificates of compliance, test records, timesheets, and job cards accurately.
- Mentorship: Provide day-to-day guidance to apprentices and trade assistants.





What you'll bring:

- Experience: At least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience with focus in commercial or utility-scale electrical and communications system service, maintenance and installation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings and reading technical drawings.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, solid judgment, and the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Mandatory Requirements:

- WA Electrical Workers Licence.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- White Card (General Construction Induction).
- Right to work in Australia
