At Practice Acceleration, we help ambitious healthcare practice owners across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and the US build more profitable, scalable businesses.

We work with owners of established Physio, Chiro, Dental, Vet, Osteo and other healthcare practices.

Many of our clients are running six and seven-figure businesses.

They're ambitious. They're experienced. And they expect results.

They don't need another cheerleader. They need an experienced coach who can lead them.

We've built the proven frameworks, systems and playbooks.

Now we're looking for a senior-level Business Growth Coach who can bring the experience, leadership and commercial expertise to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive Measurable Business Growth

Work directly with established business owners to identify opportunities and improve business performance.

You'll help clients:

- Increase revenue and profitability

- Improve marketing and customer acquisition

- Strengthen conversion and retention

- Improve team performance and leadership

- Streamline operations and free up the owner's time

- Set transparent goals and execute growth strategies

2. Lead High-Level Coaching Sessions

Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions with ambitious entrepreneurs.

You'll challenge thinking, diagnose problems,



provide commercially sound recommendations and drive accountability.

Your job isn't just to give advice. It's to drive results.

3. Analyse Business Performance

Conduct monthly business reviews, analyse financial and operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks and develop actionable growth plans.

You must be commercially sharp and confident working with numbers.

4. Drive Client Success and Retention

Build strong client relationships, lead annual growth planning and help clients achieve results that make them want to continue working with us.

5. Improve Our Coaching Program

Bring your experience and ideas to the table.

Help refine our frameworks, improve coaching delivery, identify new opportunities and continually raise the standard of our client experience.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a senior position. A minimum of five years of professional business coaching or consulting experience is required.

You must have:

- 5+ years of professional business coaching or consulting experience

- A proven track record of delivering measurable business results

- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, profitability, marketing, sales and operations

- Confidence coaching and challenging established business owners

- Exceptional communication, leadership and facilitation skills

- Strong strategic and analytical thinking

- The ability to hold clients accountable and drive implementation

- A proactive, organised and results-focused approach

Highly regarded:

- Experience coaching six and seven-figure business owners

- Experience owning or scaling a business

- Sales, marketing or operational leadership experience

- Healthcare or professional services experience





- Group coaching and executive facilitation experience

- Familiarity with AI, CRM and business automation tools
