We’re looking for a Sales Representative who’s good with people, enjoys building relationships and has the drive to go looking for the next opportunity.

You’ll spend your time talking with new and existing customers, following up enquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and helping turn opportunities into real work for the business.

We’re after someone who’ll pick up the phone, start conversations, follow things through and get to know our customers. You’ll also get the chance to build your knowledge of the technology industry along the way.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, business development, account management or a similar customer-facing role.

- Confidence talking with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.

- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with different people.

- A positive attitude and the motivation to get things done.





- The confidence to look for recent business rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you.

- Good organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to keep track of multiple customers and opportunities.

- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn about what we do.

- The ability to keep customer details, notes and opportunities up to date.

- A practical, down-to-earth approach to building good customer relationships.

- A current driver’s licence.

Desirable, but not essential:

- Experience within the IT, technology, telecommunications, or managed services industry.

- Relevant qualifications, certifications, or professional development training.
