GREAT PLUMBER? GREAT MONEY IS JUST THE START!

$50–$65/hr + Super | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus | Company Ute with Personal Use

More money. More freedom. A great team. And time for the things that matter.

What if your next plumbing job gave you more than just a bigger pay packet?

Imagine starting your day from home, driving straight to your jobs in your company ute, having an experienced office team backing you up, and working for a boss who understands that your kids' footy games, school awards and family commitments matter.

At Capital Plumbing, we work hard, have a laugh and believe you should enjoy the life you're working so hard for.

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to service Brisbane Southside and Logan, and we're prepared to offer an outstanding package to the right person.

SO, WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

? $50–$65 PER HOUR + SUPER

Great money for outstanding tradespeople. We're genuinely prepared to pay $65/hr for an exceptional, highly skilled plumber and gasfitter with proven experience, excellent references and a strong employment history.

That's up to $128,440 a year in base wages on a 38-hour week, plus super and potential overtime!

? YOUR OWN FULLY EQUIPPED UTE – WITH PERSONAL USE

Take your company ute home and enjoy reasonable personal use with our fuel card.

? START YOUR DAY FROM HOME

Forget driving to our Southport office every morning. Head straight to your scheduled jobs around Brisbane Southside and Logan.

?‍?‍?‍? FAMILY MATTERS. AND WE ACTUALLY MEAN IT.

Kids' footy finals? Training? School awards? Important family occasions?

We understand those are moments you don't get back.

With reasonable notice and good communication, we'll do our best to work around important family commitments while making sure our customers are looked after.

We expect everyone to put in a good day's work, but we also believe there's more to life than work.

? $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

We're serious about finding the right person and rewarding them for joining our team. The bonus is payable under agreed retention conditions.

? AN OFFICE TEAM THAT HAS YOUR BACK

Our experienced office team handles bookings, customer enquiries and scheduling,

so you're not trying to run the office from the driver's seat.

You'll still complete your job notes, photos and customer updates, but you'll have proper support throughout the day.

? INDEPENDENCE WITHOUT SOMEONE BREATHING DOWN YOUR NECK

We hire good tradespeople and trust them to do their jobs.

You'll have the freedom to diagnose problems, make decisions and take ownership of your work, with support available whenever you need it.

? WE WORK HARD, BUT WE KNOW HOW TO HAVE FUN!

We're not all about work, work, work.

We enjoy team-building events, social get-togethers and even getting the crew out wakesurfing behind our Super Air Nautique on the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater.

Never wakesurfed before? No worries, we'll show you how!

It's not compulsory. It's simply one of the ways we bring our team together and enjoy ourselves outside work.

⭐ GOOD WORK GETS RECOGNISED

We appreciate great customer service and quality workmanship, with a customer feedback recognition program and opportunities to develop your skills as the business grows.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll look after our Brisbane Southside and Logan customers, carrying out a variety of maintenance plumbing work, including:

- General maintenance plumbing and repairs

- Hot water systems

- Blocked drains and drainage

- Water leaks, investigations and repairs

- Tapware, toilets and plumbing fixtures

- Fault finding and problem solving

- Gasfitting where appropriately licensed

- Communicating with customers and property managers

- Completing accurate job notes and before-and-after photos

You'll be working independently, but you'll always have an office team behind you.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're not looking for someone who simply turns up, clocks off and does the bare minimum.

We're looking for a great tradesperson who takes pride in their work, looks after customers and wants to be part of a team.

You'll need to:

- Hold the appropriate Queensland plumbing licence

- Have solid maintenance plumbing experience

- Be confident diagnosing and completing jobs independently

- Take pride in your workmanship and presentation

- Be reliable, organised and accountable

- Communicate well with customers and the office

- Hold a current driver's licence

- Be comfortable with digital job notes, photos and scheduling

- Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team

Gasfitting qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.

If you're an outstanding plumber and gasfitter with proven skills and excellent references, we're prepared to reward you accordingly.
