The Company

Very well known services business based in Parramatta are looking for a high volume applicant to head up an Accounts Receivable & Billings function. The company has grown rapidly due in recent years and is a leader in their market. This role is managing a large team and offer 2-3 days WFH per week.
Initially, this role will be a 9 month contract position, likely to extend or become permanent.

The role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will become part of a high performing Accounts team. You will be responsible for maintaining all of the Billing, Collections, Revenue & Receipting procedures and will need to contribute to process improvements.

The role's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Duties

- Ensuring day to day accounts, revenue, claims & credit are managed effectively
- Operational oversight of a large team
- Ensure accuracy of invoices/identifying invoice errors




- Reconciliation of invoices & debtor payments
- Dispute resolution of large accounts
- Other ad hoc duties as required by Financial Controller

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have had experience in working as a Manager/Supervisor of a AR function for a minimum of 5 years with experience managing large teams and large accounts.

- Experience managing a large team
- Experience in a high-volume AR workplace
- Experience within the NFP sector
- Excellent communications, both written & verbal
- Experience in working with large ERP System
- You will be solutions and outcome focused
