About the role

Aztech Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong background in asbestos and hazardous materials, enjoy building relationships with clients, and know how to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget, we'd love to hear from you.

- Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast

- Pay Rate: Competitive remuneration based on experience

- Workdays: 5 day working week

What you’ll do

- Manage multiple hazardous materials and asbestos removal projects from start to finish

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

- Lead project teams to deliver work safely, on time and within budget

- Oversee project costs, financial performance and claim management

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site resources

- Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates

- Ensure compliance with all industry legislation, regulations and company procedures

- Prepare and review SWMS, site documentation and project reporting





- Drive a strong safety culture across every project

What you’ll bring

- Experience managing projects within the hazardous materials or asbestos industry

- Robust knowledge of friable and non-friable asbestos removal, legislation and industry compliance requirements

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing project budgets, cost control and financial outcomes

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support site teams

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high attention to detail

- An uncompromising commitment to safety

What you’ll need

- Current Australian working rights.

- Current driver’s licence.

Highly regarded

- 5+ years' Project Management experience

- Background in demolition or strip-out projects

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

- Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating with suppliers

- Knowledge of older building structures

- Strong commercial acumen and contract awareness

- Experience preparing SWMS and project documentation

- A confident communicator who can lead client meetings and build lasting relationships
