Job Description
Leading Hand Industrial Painter | Maddington | $55-$60phph
️ Opportunity: Lead a small blast and paint team at company that prides itself mining equipment rebuilds, fabrication and industrial coating projects.
Experience: Trade qualified in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (or equivalent), with strong industrial spray painting, abrasive blasting, coating specifications and team leadership experience.
Advantages: Full-time role offering hands-on leadership, varied industrial projects and the opportunity to coordinate daily operations, manage workloads and maintain high-quality coating standards.
Extras: Forklift, EWP and confined-space licences highly regarded. Experience with mining equipment, heavy fabrication and coating QA documentation is an advantage.
