The Opportunity

Oozing seaside charm, The Anchorage offer some of the best dining experiences in the region. The Galley Kitchen – Our bright and breezy, all-day diner, Moby’s Bar – our sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines and The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles. We are seeking multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants and Poolside Attendants to join our inclusive team and assist us in providing the most memorable experiences to our guests.

- Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests
- Break down and cleaning of restaurant
- Prepare and serve barista standard coffee
- Provide full fine dining table service
- Prepare and serve beverages; including cocktail and presentation of wine
- Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
- Follow RSA government legislation requirements
- Maintain cleanliness front of house areas
- Set up and break down of Function and Events on site

This role operates across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Certifications Required: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Previous restaurant/ cafe experience is desirable, but more importantly, you bring the right attitude and attention to detail.
