There is an exciting new opportunity for an Inventory Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This is a role that requires attention to detail, efficient multi-tasking, and balancing competing deadlines.

This role supports the Procurement Manager, and would be perfect for someone wanting to kick-start a career in administration, or someone looking for a career change into Inventory Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a busy shared inbox, completing tasks set in a timely and efficient manner
- Creating new item codes along with their attributes
- Support to item code changes from suppliers
- Liaising with the warehouse and other departments in regards to stock levels, short expiry dates,



long back orders on stock ordered and other communication as required
- Updating Supplier Price Lists as applicable
- Long term project work as applicable
- Liaising with suppliers in regards to damaged/missing stock items, pricing enquiries, and webstore image requests

About You:

- You will be proactive, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- You will be detail orientated, with high levels of accuracy in data entry and other related tasks
- You will have robust computer literacy skills, in particular the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- A qualification in Business Administration will be advantageous, but not required
- Prior exposure to MYOB Acumatica is advantageous, but not required
