You’re a clinical psychologist, early in your career or well-established, who gets quietly excited by working with complexity. When a patient’s inner critic turns up mid-session, you reach for another chair. You think a good formulation should explain a person rather than label them. You’d rather ask what a behaviour is protecting than how to stop it, and you’re equally comfortable being the newest voice in the room or the one the team brings their hardest case to.

I’m Dr Ozgur (Oz) Yalcin, Director of ANIMA Health Network. I teach Schema Therapy, Parts & Chairwork, and neurodiversity-affirming practice internationally, and I can’t stop sharing what I love. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38, and I built ANIMA to be the kind of place I wish I’d had. Every day from 12 to 1 we put down our tools, eat together and swap bad jokes.

The work

- Complex trauma, PTSD and cPTSD, ADHD, autism and OCD, with children (from age 6), adolescents and adults

- EMDR, Schema Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, Parts and Chairwork, whether you’re building a foundation or deepening an established practice

- A salaried role from $120,000 ++ per annum (pro rata), based on experience: a guaranteed base plus a share of the revenue you generate. We’ll walk you through exactly how it works

- Individual, peer and group supervision built into the week, plus in-house PD with guest speakers on topics like Emotion Focused Therapy, medication, alexithymia and neurodivergence, and a PD allowance

- Part-time or full time, with the potential for some hybrid flexibility

- Emerging: a caseload that grows with your confidence and a senior team that loves to mentor
Established: clinical autonomy and Team Lead opportunities, each with its own portfolio area

- Room to build your own initiative, such as our SNAP program (Skills for Navigating ADHD for Professionals), men’s mental health, or community outreach
