- Lead projects from concept through to implementation, including governance uplift, process improvement, capability building and the firm's upcoming rebrand.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen people practices, simplify ways of working and improve the effectiveness of the People & Culture function.
- Build capability and succession within the team through coaching, guidance and practical development opportunities.
- Lead complex employee relations matters and support leaders through significant people decisions and organisational change.

comfortable working with autonomy and motivated by creating momentum and delivering outcomes.

You will bring:

- Strong employee relations capability and confidence supporting senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading projects, organisational change, restructures or systems and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, shape solutions and drive implementation with limited direction.
- Commercial judgement and practical problem-solving capability.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and navigating competing priorities, particularly during periods of change.
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing the capability of others.
- Comfort operating in a hands-on environment where not every process, system or answer is immediately clear.
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and strong follow-through.
- Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, consulting or similarly complex environments is highly regarded.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join the firm at a genuinely interesting point in our evolution.

Working closely with a refreshed Business Services leadership team that is helping shape the firm's next chapter, you will have the opportunity to lead meaningful work and contribute to how the firm supports its people, leaders and clients into the future.
