Our integrated team includes General Practitioners, Pediatrician, Psychiatrist and Allied Health professionals, providing comprehensive services for children, adults, and families. The organisation delivers occupational therapy and other allied. We are NDIS registered provider since 2019. We have multiple branches around 50 people working for us within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing Allied Health team. This role involves managing a diverse pediatric and adult caseload, providing evidence-based assessments, interventions, and support to enhance clients' independence, participation, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children and adults.

Conduct FCA (Functional Capacity Assessments)

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on client goals.

Deliver interventions addressing sensory, developmental, physical, cognitive, behavioural, and functional needs.

Support children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning challenges.

Assist adults with disability, neurological conditions, mental health concerns, chronic health conditions, and functional limitations.

Complete clinical documentation, reports, assessments, and progress notes in a timely manner.

Collaborate with GPs, psychologists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, support coordinators, educators,



and family members.

Provide recommendations for assistive technology, home modifications, and functional support strategies where appropriate.

Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

Master's degree in occupational therapy.

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Current Victorian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable Experience working with pediatric clients and adults across community, clinic, or NDIS settings.

Knowledge of NDIS processes, functional assessments, and assistive technology.

Experience completing functional capacity assessments and intervention reports.

Experience in sensory integration, autism, and developmental assessments.
