We’re recruiting for several entry-level and junior sales opportunities across Sydney, from Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to Sales Consultants.

Our clients operate in B2B sales, selling commercial equipment and products to businesses. We’re looking for people who are curious, confident starting a conversation and willing to put in the work to turn an introduction into an opportunity or a closed deal.

Perhaps you’re looking for your first break in sales. Perhaps you’ve already got some experience and want more responsibility. Either way, if you’re driven by winning business and the earning potential that comes with it, we’d like to hear from you.

What you could be doing

- Pick up the phone, introduce products and start conversations.
- Qualify leads and book meetings or product demonstrations.
- Manage opportunities through to closing.
- Build ongoing customer relationships.
- Research potential customers and find new business opportunities.




- Ask good questions and understand what customers actually need.
- Follow up enquiries and keep your pipeline organised.
- Work with the wider sales team to move opportunities forward.

Who we’re looking for

- You’re comfortable talking to new people, but you know when to stop talking and listen.
- A “no” doesn’t put you off making the next call.
- You have a genuine interest in sales and business development.
- You have clear communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- You show initiative and can get moving without being chased.
- You can work independently and contribute to a team.
- You have the ambition to build a career, make money and take on more as you develop.

The opportunities

- SDR: $60K–$70K + super + comms
- Sales Consultant: $80K + super + comms
