As a casual Medical Receptionist at Next Generation Occupational Medicine, you'll play a crucial role in providing an outstanding patient experience. Covering staff when they are not available, you'll work in a busy, patient-centered practice with locations in Mile End and Salisbury Downs, Adelaide SA.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm smile and ensure they feel comfortable and valued
- Manage appointments and patient records
- Ensure smooth daily operations in a busy environment
- Work closely with both clinical and administrative staff to maintain a high standard of care
- Provide exceptional service and ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for
About you
- Patient-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with office software
- Experience with ZedMed (or similar) is a plus
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Organized and efficient, proactive in managing workload
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a cooperative,
positive attitude in a busy practice
