Our Opportunity

We're on the lookout for warm, customer-focused, experienced Dental Assistants and Receptionists to join our Penrith centre, with both full-time and casual positions available.
Our busy 8-chair practice operates 7 days a week delivering general dentistry, dental implants, surgical extractions and orthodontics, and you'll be joining a close-knit team with a excellent sense of humour who enjoy working together while providing exceptional patient care every day.

- Close to public transport, with parking available nearby
- Supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Full-Time

- A mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including a late finish (8pm) once or twice a week - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
- Experienced Dental Assistant all-rounder, mostly working chairside and supporting complex procedures such as implant restorations
- Experience with implants, GA and complex surgical work is essential
- Above award wages, penalty rates and corporate fitness/gym membership perks

Casual

- Available across a variety of weekday shifts, including late closes (8pm) on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Weekend availability is essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
- General reception duties, including processing payments and managing appointments, working independently and as part of the team




- Willingness to learn sterilisation and reprocessing of reusable medical devices, with training provided
- Above award wages, casual loading and higher hourly weekend rates

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll also bring:

- Full-time: experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation is essential, including experience with implants, GA and complex surgical work
- Casual: experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception, or as a Medical Receptionist, is essential
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols, with training provided for those new to sterilisation
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
