The Opportunity

K&R; Plumbing Supplies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Albion.

With over 40 years in the plumbing industry, K&R; is a locally owned family business built on strong customer relationships, quality products and knowledgeable service.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for supporting customers, growing sales and building strong relationships with builders, plumbers and trade customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer accounts and identifying sales opportunities.

- Preparing quotes and following up on enquiries.

- Providing product advice and excellent customer service.

- Working closely with our store team and suppliers.

About You

You're a friendly, proactive team player with a passion for sales and customer service. Experience in sales or the plumbing and building industry is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as significant as all training will be done on-site.
