What you’ll do:

- Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industries and upcoming projects
- Identify and engage decision-makers, engineers, contractors and project teams
- Develop and manage targeted digital campaigns tailored to specific markets and customer needs
- Collaborate with agencies to create compelling content, landing pages, EDMs and case studies
- Manage leads through the CRM, tracking progress from initial contact to revenue
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously refine marketing strategies
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends and emerging opportunities
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance market positioning and growth





What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience in market or growth development within a technical B2B environment
- Passionate about identifying opportunities and commercial outcomes
- Skilled in market research, targeting decision-makers and developing strategic campaigns
- Comfortable with data analysis, CRM tools, digital advertising and marketing analytics platforms
- Confident in engaging with sales teams and prospects via phone and email
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership and the ability to work independently
- Quick thinker, test-and-learn mindset with a focus on results
- Industry experience in construction, engineering, HVAC, plumbing, fire, mining or manufacturing is highly regarded
