Flex Recruit is seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers for current and upcoming mining, construction and shutdown projects across as well as regular ad-hoc work.

What we’re looking for

- Crane Operators with current CO or CN high risk work licences

- Riggers with current RA or RI high risk work licences

- Proven experience in crane operations, lifting or rigging on mining and industrial sites

- A robust approach to safety and the ability to work well with a crew

- Current driver’s licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Site inductions, a police check or other compliance may be required for some assignments. Rosters and project durations vary, with options including 2:1, 8:6 and 2:2 or ad-hoc jobs with ongoing work.
