To keep up with our expansion, we are looking for a super-organized, highly driven Operations Manager to join our Brisbane office and take full ownership of our day-to-day operational execution.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the business. You will manage incoming logistics, oversee warehouse management, schedule install teams across Brisbane and Sydney, and coordinate rental/sales deployments using our integrated in-house platform.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy, office-based role where multi-tasking, high pressure tolerance, and exceptional communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Team & Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule installation crews, transport, and technicians for projects across Brisbane and Sydney.

- Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee incoming stock shipments, track rental inventory, and manage warehouse organization using our custom management system.

- Customer & Subcontractor Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and field teams, providing top-tier customer service with an excellent phone manner.

- Workflow & Process Optimization: Utilize our integrated in-house system (and upcoming AI-driven tools) to streamline logistics, job tracking, and resource allocation.

- Quality & On-Time Execution: Ensure all LED screen installs, deliveries,



and maintenance jobs are executed on time, on budget, and to high safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Super Organized: You naturally create order, stay ahead of deadlines, and keep track of multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.

- Thrives Under Pressure: You stay cool, calm, and solution-focused when last-minute schedule changes or tight event deadlines arise.

- Outstanding Communication: Brilliant phone manner, clear written skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, install techs, and suppliers.

- Master Multi-Tasker: Comfortable juggling warehouse stock flow, dispatch schedules, and incoming customer inquiries simultaneously.

- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new systems and software (experience using CRM/ERP or fleet scheduling software is a strong plus).

- Experience: Experience in AV, digital signage, events, or technical hire is beneficial, but attitude, organizational skills, and operational talent matter most.
