About Wolf Fabrication

Wolf Fabrication is an Epping-based manufacturer specialising in sheet metal products for the caravan and 4WD industry. Our close-knit team of around 15–20 people works across design and production, with a focus on practical designs, quality workmanship and reliable results. We operate from a new, modern factory and warehouse with up-to-date manufacturing equipment, giving our team a great working workplace and helping us produce products to a premium standard.

About the role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Draftsman to join our team. Working closely with the Director, you’ll design and develop products for the caravan and 4WD industry using advanced software and modern manufacturing equipment.

You’ll contribute to new product development and refine existing designs, helping ensure each product is practical to manufacture and meets Wolf Fabrication’s quality standards. You’ll also work alongside our production team, fabricators and QC.

Key responsibilities

- Design and develop products for the caravan and 4WD industry using advanced Solidworks software and modern manufacturing equipment

- Contribute to new product development

- Refine existing designs





- Ensure each product is practical to manufacture and meets Wolf Fabrication's premium quality standards

- Work closely with the Director and production team

About you

- You have at least 1–2 years’ experience in sheet metal drafting.

- SolidWorks experience is essential.

- You communicate well and can work closely with the Director, production team, fabricators and QC.

- You’re a quick thinker who can manage changing priorities and get things moving promptly.

- You take pride in your work, with solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- You’re comfortable working alongside floor staff in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

- Experience in caravan or 4WD product design is preferred but not essential.

- Experience in the tray and canopy industry is highly regarded.

- You bring a practical, common-sense approach to everyday challenges.

- You have a good sense of humour and fit comfortably into a close-knit team

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am–2:30 pm
Friday: 6:00 am–12:00 pm
