We have an amazing opportunity for an existing Business Development Manager or Account Manager, to join this award-winning travel company. This position reports directly to the Head Of Sales, you will be developing your agent network / relationships through product training and sales calls. You will work closely with maintaining preferred agent relationships whilst also supporting the head office strategy for developing new agency partnerships. Skills & Expertise

- Previous work with travel agents and an understanding of the travel industry.
- Managing the area of Victoria, but Melbourne & surrounding areas will be the focus along with occasional regional / metro visits.
- A confident and articulate manner with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Delivery of online and face to face training to their agent network.
- Shop visits as per KPIs.
- Setup & maintenance of agents within in-house CRM.
- Attendance to functions and events as required.
- Passion for travel and adventure travel.
- Experience in presenting and training - advantageous.
