The Role

You’ll sit across multiple jobs, keeping things moving, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and making sure nothing falls over. Key responsibilities include;





- Oversee multiple residential and light commercial projects
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and scheduling
- Manage project flow from start to finish
- Liaise with clients
- Support the team on site

The Criteria

- Minimum 3 years exposure to high end residential builds, commercial projects or fit out work in the local market
- Enjoy working across multiple projects, with the ability to move between site and office while keeping jobs progressing
- Sound commercial awareness, with an understanding of cost, variations and budgets, balanced with a strong focus on delivery outcomes
- Tech savvy enough to work with systems and processes
