C&L; Advisory is continuing to grow its Corporate Finance & Advisory offering and is seeking an experienced, commercially astute Senior Manager - Transaction Support to join our Adelaide team. Reporting to the Director - Corporate Consulting, this is a leadership opportunity for a transaction professional who thrives on delivering high-quality advisory outcomes and working closely with business owners, investors, executives and deal stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, you will lead financial due diligence engagements and provide strategic transaction support across mergers and acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, restructures and other complex corporate transactions. You will work alongside M&A; Lead Advisors and clients throughout the deal lifecycle, helping them navigate critical decisions with confidence.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
- Analysing earnings, working capital, cash flow, net debt and key business drivers.
- Identifying transaction risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives.
- Preparing high-quality due diligence reports and strategic insights.
- Supporting acquisitions, mergers, divestments and capital raising activities.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across clients, legal advisors,



lenders and investors.
- Leveraging technology, data analytics and AI-driven tools to enhance transaction delivery.
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the transaction advisory practice.

To succeed in this role, you will bring significant experience in transaction services, corporate finance, M&A; advisory or a related senior finance environment. You will possess strong financial analysis, modelling and valuation capabilities, exceptional communication skills and a genuine commercial mindset. Tertiary qualifications in accounting or business, together with a CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent skilled qualification, will be highly regarded.
