Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager. In this role you will manage ICT services, technologies, budgets and stakeholder relationships supporting critical registration and licensing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an escalation point for customer and internal service issues.

- Monitor service delivery and implement actions to improve service levels and reduce risk.

- Coordinate work allocation, escalations and daily operational activities.

- Maintain operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools to meet changing business needs.

- Manage technology and product lifecycles, including proposals for forecast service and technology changes.

- Manage budgets, contracts, minor works and business-as-usual activities.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

- Provide subject matter input into service planning and renewal activities.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in ICT service delivery management.





- Experience managing budgets, contracts or operational expenditure.

- Experience coordinating work, resources and operational priorities.

- Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

- Experience managing service issues, escalations and risk reduction activities.

- Experience contributing to service plans and technology lifecycle management.

- Experience across public and private sector environments is highly desirable.
