Project Manager – Precast Concrete

About the Role

All Cast NT is seeking a capable, organised and proactive Project Manager to coordinate and deliver precast concrete supply projects.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can take ownership of projects, manage competing priorities, communicate clearly and get things done without constant supervision.

We are open to casual or contract arrangements depending on experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage precast concrete supply projects from award through to final delivery.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate drawings, approvals, procurement, production and dispatch.

- Manage contractual requirements, variations, project documentation and client commitments.

- Liaise with clients, builders, engineers, subcontractors and internal production teams.

- Identify and resolve project issues before they impact delivery.

- Track project progress, communicate updates and ensure deadlines are met.

- Coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is practical,



commercially aware and capable of thinking independently.

Key requirements:

- Experience in project management, ideally within construction, civil infrastructure, manufacturing or precast concrete.

- Robust organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to understand drawings, project schedules and contractual requirements.

- Clear, direct and professional communication.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to take ownership, make decisions and follow through.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Most importantly, we want someone who uses initiative, thinks ahead, communicates clearly and can manage projects without needing to be chased.
