Our Foton team is seeking a Regional Business Manager to join our team in Altona. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to drive dealer performance, sales growth and customer experience outcomes across the Foton dealer network, bringing your commercial expertise and relationship-building skills to drive your career forward.

What you’ll do

- Partner with dealerships to drive vehicle, parts and accessory sales performance across your region.

- Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and dealership leadership teams to support business growth.

- Analyse sales performance, market trends and dealer metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.

- Conduct regular dealer visits, business reviews and performance planning sessions.

- Support the implementation of sales, aftersales and customer retention initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver network performance, customer experience and brand objectives.

About you
You are a relationship-focused automotive professional who enjoys influencing outcomes and helping businesses succeed. You thrive in a field-based workplace, enjoy working with stakeholders and can balance commercial goals with long-term partnership development.

To be successful, you will have:

- Automotive industry experience, ideally within sales, aftersales or dealer operations

- Proven success in relationship management and business development

- Experience working with dealer networks or dealership stakeholders





- Strong commercial and analytical skills

- Ability to influence and drive performance outcomes

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Excellent planning and organisational ability

- Customer-focused approach with strong business acumen

- Valid driver's licence

- Experience within an OEM, distributor or franchise environment will be highly regarded
