AvePoint is the unifying Trust Layer for AI, enabling protection and governance across AI estates for leading cloud environments. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to liaise between customers and internal teams, guiding adoption and ensuring successful outcomes.

In this role, you will build solid relationships, craft success plans, and coordinate with sales to optimize renewals and upsell opportunities, while leveraging telemetry tools to drive outcomes.
