Managing a multi-faceted property featuring modern rooms, on-site dining and nightlife, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while maximizing profitability and staff engagement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests • Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors,
