Job Description

Journey Beyond's Monarto Safari Resort is seeking a Reservation Agent who delivers outstanding customer service and acts as a product ambassador for the resort and lodge. You will handle telephone and email enquiries, complete reservations, promote packages, tailor itineraries, and build rapport with guests in a full-time in office role.

The successful candidate will have reception or reservations experience in a hotel workplace, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft
