Job Description

DXC Technology is hiring an Eligibility Case Manager to assess workers’ compensation claims in a self-insured setting in Queensland. You will determine eligibility, approve PIAWE, and ensure accurate weekly entitlements while coordinating handoffs to Case Managers for ongoing management.

You’ll collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, and internal teams to maintain compliant, timely claims processing and provide clear, empathetic updates to injured workers and stakeholders.
