You will join a high-performing Corporate team in Brisbane, working alongside experienced and highly regarded Partners on a varied portfolio of transactions, advisory matters and strategic commercial projects.

The Role
n This position offers broad exposure to corporate and commercial work, including:

- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A;)
n
- Equity and debt capital markets transactions
n
- Corporate advisory matters
n
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships

- Commercial arrangements and contract negotiations
n
- Corporate governance and regulatory advice
n
- Corporate restructures and business reorganisations
n
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements

You will take an active role in matters,



working directly with clients and contributing to practical, commercially focused solutions across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

About You
n We are interested in speaking with corporate lawyers looking to further develop their technical expertise within a collaborative and client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- 4–7 years' PAE in Corporate & Commercial law
n
- Experience across M&A;, corporate advisory and commercial transactions
n
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
n
- Exposure to corporate governance and commercial contracting
n
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with a genuine interest in understanding client objectives
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
