n business with teams across Australia and India. We are growing, and we are
n looking for a Finance Manager to lead our finance function and help
n strengthen financial accuracy, reporting, controls, and team performance.

This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply
n about getting the numbers right, enjoys improving how finance operates, and
n wants to play a meaningful role in a growing business. You will work closely
n with the CEO, lead the finance team with offshore resources, and help build a
n more scalable and disciplined finance function.

You will also have access to an external
n advisory CFO who will provide mentoring and coaching to support your
n development and career growth.

What you’ll be doing
n
n
n
- Lead month -end close and
n deliver accurate, reliable management accounts
n
n
- Review reconciliations,
n journals, accruals, prepayments, and reporting outputs
n
n
- Analyse financial
n performance and provide explicit insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
n
n
- Lead the finance team across
n onshore and offshore resources
n
n
- Strengthen financial
n controls, governance, and reporting discipline
n
n
- Support budgeting,
n forecasting, and broader financial planning
n
n
- Partner with leaders across
n the business to improve financial understanding and commercial outcomes
n
n
- Drive improvements across
n finance systems, processes, and reporting
n
n
Requirementsn
What we’re looking for

- Experience in a Finance
n Manager or similar role
n
n
- Strong management accounting
n capability and financial reporting knowledge
n
n
- Experience improving
n financial accuracy, controls, and finance processes
n
n
- Experience leading finance
n teams
n
n
- Strong analytical skills,
n attention to detail, and sound judgement
n
n
- Ability to communicate
n clearly with senior stakeholders
n
n
- Understanding of a
n professional services, consulting, technology services, or project -based
n environment will be valuable
n n
Qualifications
n
n n
- Relevant formal education in
n accounting, finance, commerce, or a related discipline
n
n
- Professional accounting
n qualifications, such as CA or CPA, would be an advantage
n
