Job Description

Cumberland City Council is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Officer to join the Customer Experience team. You will provide high quality front-line service across multiple sites and touchpoints, processing applications and requests for service, issuing certificates, and handling cashiering.

The role requires robust communication, flexibility for rostered shifts, and the ability to support staff across counters, call centres and online channels.
