Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Method Analyst to examine organisational methods, operational procedures, and business systems, and to develop improved practices that support efficiency and productivity within a operating workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities: n

- Study and evaluate organisational structures, work methods, and operational systems
n
- Analyse current procedures and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
n
- Develop, document, and recommend revised methods, workflows, and systems
n
- Conduct operational reviews, including time, cost, and resource analysis
n
- Prepare reports, process documentation, and implementation recommendations
n
- Consult with management to assist with the introduction of improved methods




n
- Review outcomes and recommend further process improvements as required
n

Skills and Experience Required: nn
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
n
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in organisation and methods analysis or process improvement
n
- Robust analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
n
- Ability to work independently within a business environment
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
