Pay’s Air Service Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced aviation engineering leader to head and develop our engineering team across Australia, Europe and remote bases. The role focuses on planning major maintenance inputs, assigning resources and delivering secure, compliant aircraft readiness.

You will mentor engineers, manage competing priorities and drive technical judgement while supporting our PT6-powered fleet, historic aircraft, and firefighting operations from Scone, NSW.
