InfoConsulting Australia is seeking a senior Service Delivery Manager to own service delivery for a flagship ANZ account in Sydney. You will be on site, lead SLA performance and governance, and manage a blended onshore/offshore delivery team embedded with the customer.
You will report to the Managing Director ANZ and Account Owner, own the commercial relationship day to day, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven reviews and timely reporting.
