Job Title: Trades Assistants – FIFO Shutdown Work | $47.50–$52.70/hr

TEKK Group | Western Australia | Casual / Shutdown Work

TEKK Group is seeking reliable and experienced Trades Assistants for upcoming FIFO shutdowns with FMG and BHP across Western Australia in November and December 2026.

These opportunities are suited to safety-conscious candidates with previous industrial or shutdown experience who are available for the advertised dates.

Pay Rates

- Day shift: $47.50 per hour
- Night shift: $52.70 per hour

Available Shutdowns

FMG – Mechanical Shutdown

- Night shift: 2–11 November 2026

BHP –

- Day shift: 30 November – 7 December 2026
- Additional day-shift position: 30 November – 7 December 2026
- Night shift: 2–7 December 2026

Required Tickets





- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- Basic Fire
- Gas Test Atmospheres
- Senior First Aid/CPR

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Trades Assistant experience in industrial, mining or shutdown environments
- A solid safety mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliable candidates who can commit to the full shutdown
- Current tickets and licences relevant to the position
