Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced Chefs and Cooks to fill multiple positions. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, mains, etc.) according to standard recipes.

Manage food preparation, including chopping, seasoning, and cooking.

Ensure all food is prepared and stored in compliance with strict food safety and sanitation regulations.

Assist in menu planning and specials creation, bringing creativity to Italian classics.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.





Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, specifically with Italian cuisine (essential).

Qualifications: Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience is highly regarded.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.

Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Compliance: Must have valid working rights in Australia and a current Food Handler's Certificate.
