We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) to join a leading project in Sydney.

Key Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 2–4 AMS/Support projects in LMS and PMGM.
- SuccessFactors certifications in LMS, PMGM, and at least one Talent Management module.
- Hands-on experience with Assignment Profiles, LMS Roles, Curricula, and integrations with SuccessFactors EC and third-party applications.




- Strong experience using Plateau Report Designer.
- Expertise in Goal Management, custom goal calculations, goal cascading, team and group goals.
- Experience configuring Route Maps, Performance Forms, Calibration, Continuous Performance Management (CPM), and 360 Reviews.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience leading client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
