Business Development Manager – Solar & Battery Energy

Sydney | Remote / Field-Based | $150K Base + $350K OTE

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt for new business, build strong relationships and turn opportunities into serious revenue.

What you'll be doing
- Hunting for new business and building your own pipeline.

- Developing relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries.

- Meeting clients face-to-face and identifying opportunities for solar and battery storage solutions.





- Managing a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound leads and existing networks.

- Driving deals from initial conversation through to close.

- Consistently hitting sales targets and growing your client portfolio.

What we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience.

- A hunter mentality — proactive, competitive and motivated by winning new business.

- Confidence picking up the phone, opening doors and engaging decision-makers.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Someone who takes ownership of their results and thrives in a high-performance environment.

- Experience in solar, energy, renewables or a related industry is advantageous.

Athletes and former athletes with a strong sales background are encouraged to apply. Discipline, resilience and a competitive mindset go a long way in this role.
