An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead and grow a Structural Engineering team delivering complex projects across the mining, resources, industrial, ports and materials handling sectors. This position combines technical leadership, team development, client engagement and project delivery responsibilities.

Your recent role
Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide technical direction from concept through to detailed design, construction support and commissioning. You will play a key role in strengthening engineering capability, maintaining high technical standards and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structural design, analysis and refurbishment projects for heavy industrial and materials handling infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership from concept through to detailed design and commissioning.
- Conduct structural audits, inspections and asset integrity assessments.
- Review and approve engineering designs,



ensuring compliance with Australian Standards.
- Mentor and develop engineers while promoting technical excellence.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business growth.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree-qualified Structural Engineer.CPEng and/or RPEQ.Extensive experience within mining, resources, industrial or heavy infrastructure sectors.Strong leadership, technical review and client-facing skills.Sound understanding of Australian Standards and Safety in Design principles.What you'll get in return
