The Company:

As a key player in the property sector, they are going through exciting transformation and are currently seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their high-performing, close-knit finance team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of month-end financial reports
- Posting journals and maintaining general ledger integrity
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Working closely with auditors to clear outstanding compliance work
- Supporting the team with ad hoc financial tasks
About You:
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or working towards it
- Prior exposure to property development is desirable, though not essential
- Prior experience of working as an auditor is preferred
- You bring an engaging personality and transparent, professional communication skills
