Your new role
Working as the client's representative, you will oversee projects from early planning and design phases through to construction delivery and completion.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing projects through all stages of the project life cycle
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Monitoring budgets, programmes and project risks
- Managing procurement and contract administration processes
- Providing regular project reporting to clients




- Facilitating project meetings and driving project outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering successful projects.

- Experience in project management, development management, contract administration or construction management
- A background within the construction, property or consultancy sectors
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
- The confidence to take initiative and work autonomously
