Tier 2 Head Contractor | Senior Contract Administrator

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our commercial team.

Working across projects valued from $50M to $200M+, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of major projects from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead contract administration across multiple projects or a major standalone project
- Manage procurement, tendering, subcontract negotiations and contract awards
- Administer variations, EOTs, progress claims and subcontractor accounts
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and commercial reporting
- Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks
- Drive successful project outcomes through strong stakeholder management
- Mentor and oversee Contract Administrators and cadets, providing leadership and support to the wider commercial team

About You





- 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within a commercial head contractor environment
- Proven experience delivering projects across sectors such as Education, Health, Industrial, Commercial or Residential ranging up to $50M+
- Strong understanding of procurement, cost management and contract administration.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead commercial outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
