With a loyal and growing client base spanning individuals, small businesses and SMEs, our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years' PAE to join their close-knit team. Your Role
Working closely with the Principal and broader team, you'll enjoy a diverse range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:
- Contractual and commercial disputes
- Building and property disputes
- Debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency matters
- Property and retail leasing disputes
- Administrative Law and regulatory investigations
- Managing litigation files, including drafting court documents, preparing evidence and assisting with dispute resolution
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, develop your advocacy skills and enjoy increasing autonomy as your experience grows.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' PAE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong drafting, analytical and technical legal skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to excellent client service
- A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for further developing your litigation expertise
