Job Description

Gilhooleys Irish Pubs and Restaurants in Brisbane is seeking a professional Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. You’ll work under a dedicated Head Chef in a quick-paced, friendly environment where staff feel like family.

We value 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, the ability to cover a 5-day roster across seven days, trade qualifications or equivalent, strong food hygiene, and excellent communication with the team to deliver top quality, consistently.
